Your journey begins with a personalised consultation with your local Equipment Sales Specialist (ESS). They will sit down with you to understand your unique requirements, preferences, and goals for your dental practice.
Step 2. Showroom visits and decision-making
Explore our showrooms to discover an array of cutting-edge equipment and furnishings. With guidance from your ESS, you'll make informed decisions on the layout, design, and functionality of your future practice. Your ESS will take into account the goals of your practice and desired treatment offerings and patient-base to help you pick the best equipment and layout for your unique practice. We offer both in-person and virtual demos, thanks to two home-studios fully kitted with a range of intraoral scanners, cameras and 3D printers, as well as our newly-renovated showrooms in Derby and Glasgow, where you can view our equipment either on-site or from the comfort of your home or practice through a video call.
Step 3. Digital equipment selection
You will connect with a Digital Sales Specialist via video call to discuss and select the digital equipment available and figure out what in our offering is best suited to your practice's needs. From imaging systems to software solutions, we'll help you choose the right technology for seamless integration into your workflow.
Step 4. 3D rendered visualisation
Experience the power of visualisation with a 3D rendered model of your future practice as an optional extra to your package. Using bespoke imaging software, we can bring your design to life, allowing you to envision every detail before construction begins, far more easily than an architectural blueprint will allow.
Furthermore, with the 3D rendering, you can also experiment with how the branding of your practice will look, and check that the aesthetic choices you have made will have the effect you desire.
Step 5. Additional business services
At this stage you will want to consider additional business services for your practice. No dental practice is complete with just walls and equipment, you all need to consider personnel, administration, patient finance, and even marketing strategies – all of which Henry Schein can help you with.

Step 6. Finalising your order
With your decisions solidified, it will be time to finalise your order with the assurance that every detail has been carefully considered and tailored to your specifications.
As with the rest of the process, your ESS will be there to answer any remaining questions you have, so that you can move forward, secure in your decision.
Step 7. Finance application process
One of the hardest parts of opening or expanding your dental practice is financing it.
