1. You will receive a courtesy phone call 2 hours before your appointment to confirm your engineer arrival time
2. Your engineer will assess the problem and, in most cases, repair the item during the same appointment
3. They will follow a maintenance checklist, bespoke to each piece of equipment, to ensure that everything is in good working order
